We use state of the art payment gateways like Razorpay, CC avenue etc for all online payments. We do not store any payment relater

information like card numbers, UP details etc on our own servers.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to

• Lack of authorization for any transaction/s

• Or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s"

• Or any payment issues arising out of the transaction

• Or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

• Outbox reserves the right to hold any transaction in case they find transaction to be suspicious.

All payments made against the services on by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable by the Reserve bank of India. Outbox does not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases

Order Cancellations 

Since we offer various kinds of Products & Experiences, each of our products or service has individual cancellation and refunds

policies which are mentioned on the product page.

Please read the Cancellation and Refund policies carefully before purchasing as you are then bound to those policies.

As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. Refunds are only allowed on specific services where it has been mentioned separately.

  • Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.

  • Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery.

  • Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the service.

  • Failure due to reasons beyond our control or any natural calamity/ disaster/ bad weather conditions.

You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances

• Any perishable goods or flowers have been damaged at the time of delivery or

• Outbox cancelling your order due to your delivery location falling outside our designated delivery zones

• Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
